I am a depth-driven writer, with a strong focus on making topics more accessible and highlighting knowledge that can empower people to improve their lives.

Writing is a vital tool here, as it can touch the heart and highlight details that are crucial, yet easily missed. And, in our modern age of information overload and AI, the human element has never been more valuable.

These days, it’s easy to find information on any topic imaginable, but much harder to know what is authentic and trustworthy. My academic background and years of freelance writing gives me the tools to critically analyze and interpret information, then present it in an accessible way.

Mental Health

While the stigma around mental illness continues to decrease, much remains unspoken. I work to help people improve their mental health, while raising awareness of under-recognized challenges.

Caregiving

I have extensive knowledge of family caregiving, not only as a writer, but also from personal experience. I'm particularly interested in how different factors intersect to affect the caregiving experience and ways to make things better.

Aging

Aging presents a host of physical and emotional challenges. My writing helps seniors and their families navigate the different aspects of aging, including the dramatic impacts of conditions like Alzheimer's Disease.
